Pop into Sorrento in the evening for leisurely strolls through the picturesque historic centre and relax over dinner at one of the town’s many pizzerias and restaurants.
The villa is equally well placed for trips to the beach and exploring Pompeii and the peninsula’s pretty towns and villages, and with its own private parking spot – a real bonus on the Amalfi Coast! – you can get around easily by car. If you prefer to rely on public transport, the nearest bus stop is just 300m away.
You’ll love the tranquillity of your own private terrace, while the kids will enjoy making friends in the communal pool, shared with other villas in the residence. In addition to the main furnished terrace (accessed from the kitchen) and private enclosed garden, each floor has a balcony with dazzling sea views.
Extending over 167m², the villa is set over 3 floors, with 4 bedrooms, a spacious well-equipped kitchen with dining table and breakfast bar, and open-plan living room. A utility room equipped with washing machine and dryer and a guest bathroom lead off from the kitchen.

• The villa extends across 3 floors, so anyone sleeping on the top floor will have to climb several flights of stairs.
• The nearest supermarket is in Sorrento. However, with a parking space right outside the villa, stocking up on provisions should be easy.
