Situated less than 1 km from Positano centre, the villa is conveniently located for the shops, bars and restaurants in town. A public footpath of around 260 steps leads down from the villa to the sea and public beach below.
Soak up the view from the villa’s garden (300 m²) and on its furnished terraces, adorned with flourishing plants and flowers and featuring a wisteria-clad pergola. A private jacuzzi provide wide open views of the sea. There are two 25-m² terraces, the first accessed from the first-floor lounge, the second from the garden. Both terraces are partially shaded and furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers.
