Located close to several beaches and less than 1.5km from the bustling centre of Positano, this ultra-glam villa for 12 is guaranteed to set your heart racing.
With private steps punctuated by sunbathing terraces down to the water’s edge, and set amidst a lush, mature garden (4.480 square meters), this exquisite villa (400 square meters) is one of only a few Positano homes to offer its guests complete privacy coupled with unrivalled sea views.
Gaze out across the water to Positano from the private beach and soak up the sun on the terraces that lead down to the water’s edge or on the vast panoramic terrace across the length of the plant-filled garden.
When you need shade, retreat to the porticoed veranda or choose the spacious first floor terrace, accessed from several of the bedrooms.
On the ground floor, French windows lead into cool tranquil interiors. This beacon of simplistic elegance is divided into two separate lounge areas and a dining room, with an independent beautifully tiled kitchen that overlooks the veranda.
The villa can be accessed via a private, steep alleyway of around 300m that leads down from the main road (where the parking for 2 cars - 2 small cars or 1 big car). The villa it is not suitable for guests who have mobility issues. Luggage service included upon arrival and departure.

One of the bedrooms can have two single beds on request. All bedrooms have the safe. Three of the bathrooms have the shower, the fourth one has a tub and the separate shower cabin. All bathrooms have the hairdryer.

This Villa was a wonderful place to see the beauty of Positano. All four of the upstairs bedrooms had beautiful expansive views with the exception of one bedroom downstairs which we did not use. There are plenty of bathrooms and the common areas weresee more
This Villa was a wonderful place to see the beauty of Positano. All four of the upstairs bedrooms had beautiful expansive views with the exception of one bedroom downstairs which we did not use. There are plenty of bathrooms and the common areas were great for family games and movies. The cleaning and delivery staff were wonderful along with the concierge staff. They made sure we had everything we needed as soon as we asked.
I would not recommend booking this villa for older adults as there are over 200 stairs to climb up and down to get to the water and water taxis for transport, a very fun and exciting feature of this villa. However, does not cater to those with balance issues or difficulties with stairs. There is also a very long ramp to get down to the villa from the street access so there is no avoiding a long steep climb to leave the villa one way or the other. It does make for incredible views though. If you want to go into the city often plan on using water taxis a plenty, which for a large group can cost up to 100 Euro each way or a 20-30 min taxi to town, which tend to not be super reliable so for those daring enough would recommend getting a Vespa! So fun and easier to park and get around where you want to go! Would absolutely recommend staying here for a large group of adventurous people. Hikes are close by and cliff jumping! |
