The answer is a definite yes at Villa Terri, set on the road between Massa Lubrense and the beach at the pretty fishing village of Marina della Lobra. You’ll find bars and restaurants in both places, and only 5km separating the villa and Sorrento, but if you enjoy pocket-sized beaches and hilltop hamlets connected by ancient mule tracks, this is the place for you. Access the villa (400m²), through an electric gate followed by a steeply descending 300m private lane. Spend your days lounging on sofas and sun beds around the pool (5.50 x 6.50 square meters and from 1.20 to 2.20 meters deep, open from April to the end of October), admiring the extraordinary views across the Gulf of Naples and Capri, or wander down to the beach along a private path (100 steps) and on to a waterfront footpath. The ground floor features an expansive open-plan living space with huge panoramic windows overlooking the terrace. Furniture includes a sofa, single sofa bed and armchairs in the lounge area, and a dining table and chairs for 12. There’s ample space for everyone, including a well-equipped kitchen, and a separate laundry room and guest bathroom (bathroom 1) with sink, toilet and bidet. It’s perfect for walks out in the moonlight. You’ll find seaside restaurants, the small, picturesque port and various tourist activities all close to the beach. • Access to Villa Terri from the main street is through an electric gate and down a private lane of around 300 metres. Please bear in mind that this is a steep descent. A porter service can be arranged for your luggage upon arrival and departure, for a fee. The villa has the parking space assigned along on the main street, near the electric gate. Once parked the car, you have to walk to the villa the 300 meters. From Villa dei Sogni, you’ll be able to admire an enchanting view of the sea and the Gulf of Naples. Villa dei Sogni has a total living space of around 330 square meters and features a private swimming pool, private panoramic terraces with sea views, air conditioning, parking and Wi-Fi. Villa dei Sogni is a wonderful villa with panoramic views on the Sorrento peninsula, located on the Spiaggia di San Montano beach (Massa Lubrense), a short distance from Sorrento and the famous Amalfi coast. Sorrento is about 5 km away, and THE BEACH of Marina della Lobra is about 400 metres away. Villa dei Sogni is a true oasis of calm looking out over the island of Capri and the Gulf of Naples. Its bright and spacious air conditioned rooms are decorated in traditional style with warm colours and feature hand-painted Vietrese ceramic floor tiles, whilst the large furnished terraces offer an enchanting view of the sea. We recommend that you have a car available to make your stay more comfortable at Villa dei Sogni, which you’ll be able to park on-site for free. The parking area is large enough for a car but unfortunately not a larger vehicle like a people carrier. There are no steps between the parking area and the villa entrance. THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL measures 6 m x 4 m and is 1.20 m deep. The pool also features a hydromassage corner and a cascade shower, perfect for a neck massage. The pool area is furnished with sunbeds and has an outdoor shower. From the pool, you’ll be able to admire an amazing view of the sea and the Gulf of Naples. The pool can be heated on request (up to 28°C) and is available all year around. THE PRIVATE TERRACE is furnished with a gorgeous dining table, chairs and sofas. Here, you’ll also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. There is also the possibility of booking a pizza chef. From the terrace, you will be able to admire a gorgeous sea view. Access to the terrace is via the second lounge. The villa consists of three floors leading down towards the sea, connected by an internal staircase and a lift. It also features a TV with satellite channels, a stereo system, a telephone and Wi-Fi connection. THE KITCHEN contains a six-hob gas stove, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a dining table, a coffee machine and other small appliances. Access to the kitchen is via the second lounge. From the kitchen, you’ll have access to a large terrace with a barbecue and a pizza oven. THE FIFTH BATHROOM contains a sink and a toilet. Access to the bathroom is via the second lounge. Important things to know: - Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 5 nights, from 1st April until 31st October.
