Accessed via a small flight of 14 steps, the property extends over 130m² and has plenty of outdoor space – a real plus if you’re holidaying with children. In addition to a private enclosed garden, there’s also a furnished terrace with a gazebo, dining table and chairs for 6, lounge seating, a swing chair and a hot tub for 4.
The spacious entrance hall and adjacent open-plan living room on the ground floor also creates a sense of space. The air-conditioned lounge area is attractively furnished with sofas, armchairs and an elegant coffee table, and offers pleasant views from the French windows over the city beyond. A dining space offers an alternative eating spot, and there’s another dining table in the contemporary kitchen where you can enjoy cool breezes thanks to the French windows.
